Commercial Mediator

I practiced as a barrister at Francis Burt Chambers for 25 years (1990 to 2014) in the area of commercial litigation in the Supreme, Federal and District Courts. As a commercial litigation consultant, I continue to accept instructions from solicitors and in-house counsel to advise on dispute resolution prior to the institution of proceedings and for the provision of opinions, pleadings and court, tribunal, mediation and arbitral representation at all stages of litigation.

As a solicitor, I accept instructions in relation to commercial disputes. As a nationally accredited mediator (NMAS), I accept appointments as a mediator.
